Kitting Services

Olander, celebrating sixty years of innovative fastener solutions, has announced several improvements to its kitting fulfillment services. Olander’s kitting program offers full customization and packaging of all necessary components required for their customers’ specific projects. This customization saves time and money, ultimately relieving the customer of having to staff and train resources for in-house kitting.

Olander’s qualified fastener professionals share over 200 years of combined industry experience, essential to designing the right kits for each customer. This value-added service ensures every requirement is met, and expectations are exceeded.

  • Proprietary Kitting Estimator – This tool ensures a precise list of fasteners and component parts, which expedites cost estimating and commencing timelines.
  • Kitting Management System – This tool provides overall kitting program management; from ordering and tracking incoming parts, to on-time kitting shipments to customers.
  • End-to-End Quality Control – This process is designed to meet the higher level of exacting standards sought by our kitting customers. Quality Control is conducted throughout the whole process: from the beginning, to ensure incoming parts accuracy; to the end, to certify the final kit.

Rounding out Olander’s kitting services is unique access to select suppliers and materials. With a large breadth of in-stock inventory—currently at over 65,000 items—Olander can typically kit faster than others and quickly ship to customers when needed.
